I'm in search of a new job. I have reached my limit at my current employer and it's time to voyage out and find something new. This has been top of the priority list since sometime in November. I applied, had a phone interview, had an in person interview, job shadowed, and am now waiting on a call back. Fingers crossed and lots of prayers.
